90-Day Direct Replacement Warranty
All batteries sold and installed by Battery Delivery Express include a 90-Day Direct Replacement Warranty from the original date of purchase.
If your battery fails within 90 days due to a verified manufacturer defect or performance failure under normal operating conditions, we will replace it at no charge.
Extended Protection Plans (Optional)
Customers may purchase extended coverage at the time of sale:
BDE Pro Coverage – 12 Months
Extends replacement protection for up to 12 months from purchase date.
BDE Elite Protection – 18 Months
Extends replacement protection for up to 18 months from purchase date and includes priority service scheduling.
Extended plans apply only to verified battery defects and do not cover vehicle electrical system issues.
Manufacturer-Backed Warranty
All batteries supplied by BDE are backed by manufacturer or supplier warranty policies. Coverage periods and terms may vary by battery type and supplier guidelines. Our team assists customers in processing eligible manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.
What Is Covered
This limited warranty covers:
- Battery failure due to manufacturer defect
- Verified inability to hold charge under normal use
- Internal performance failure confirmed by testing
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Alternator failure
- Starter failure
- Parasitic battery drain
- Electrical system malfunctions
- Improper installation (if not installed by BDE)
- Physical damage or tampering
- Accident-related damage
- Commercial misuse (unless specified)
- Normal wear beyond coverage period
Warranty Claim Process
Battery must be returned or made available for testing. Diagnostic testing must confirm failure under standard load testing procedures. If approved, replacement battery will be provided. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless part of Elite coverage.
Limitation of Liability
Battery Delivery Express’ liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the battery purchased. BDE is not responsible for:

Core Charges
Failure to return a battery core at the time of service will result in a core charge as disclosed at purchase.

- Improper vehicle maintenance
- Misuse of battery
- Failure to disclose vehicle condition
Limitation of Liability
